The person applying for an excavation permit shall be required to deposit with the city treasurer the sum of $300 cash or such person may obtain a bond in said amount in form and content acceptable to the city attorney. Such deposit or bond must be provided before the permit may be issued. (Ord. 66 §2, amended, 1979)
