A “fee payer” is a person applying for the issuance of a building permit or permit for mobile home installation.

A “capital improvement” includes public facility planning and engineering, land acquisition, site improvements, buildings, and equipment but excludes maintenance and operation.

“Development order” means a regulatory approval by Lindon City.

“Private recreational facility” is any recreational facility which is not owned by or dedicated to any governmental entity. (Ord. 97-11, adopted, 2000)
