1. The city administrator and the chief of police together are authorized to determine and cause to be designated by proper signs, places not exceeding one hundred (100) feet in length in which the stopping or standing of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic.

2. When official signs are erected at hazardous or congested places as authorized in this chapter no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in any such designated place. (Ord. 2-94, amended, 1994; Ord. 8-92, amended, 1992; Ord. 108 §4, amended, 1984)
