10.04.020 Definitions.

Unless the context otherwise requires, all references in the foregoing traffic rules and regulations to:
“Department of Public Safety of the state of Utah” means the chief of police of agent; Safety of the state of this municipality or his agent;
“Local authorities” means the governing body of this municipality;
“Magistrate” means the justice of the peace or judge of this municipality;
“State Road Commission” means this municipality and its officers, departments, agencies and agents. (Ord. 108 §2, amended, 1984)
